Business Impact Estimates

Florida Statutes § 125.66(3) requires counties to prepare a business impact estimate and publish it on the county’s website prior to the adoption of certain ordinances.  The business impact estimate must contain certain information, including, but not limited to, a summary of the proposed ordinance, the estimated economic impact on businesses, a good-faith estimate of the number of businesses impacted and the estimated regulatory costs for the County.
