Using the Silhouette

Looking to get started with more DIY craft projects? Silhouette Cameos are digital craft devices that uses a small blade to cut a variety of materials with precision. Using a computer, create your own design to create and personalize projects of your own. 

MCLS has a variety of models to use at the library, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Silhouette Studio is a powerful design software that allows you to create and customize all you want, allowing your ideas to come to life.

The great thing about using the Silhouette is that you can create your project from the comfort of your home, then visit the library when you're ready to cut!

When you visit the library, see the Information Desk. We will use your library card to check-out the Silhouette supplies and accessories. You can log into your Silhouette Studio account from our dedicated Silhouette computer.

The library has cutting mats and some materials available for you to use including cardstock, vinyl, and vinyl transfer paper. You're also welcome to bring your own supplies!
