Cold weather shelter to open on the evenings of December 30 and December 31 in Martin County
A cold weather shelter will open in Martin County Tuesday night, December 30 and Wednesday night, December 31. According to the National Weather Service, the weather for those evenings is forecast to be at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for four hours or more.
