Yes. You have the freedom to choose your favorite businesses for you event. From caterer to photographer, the choice is yours. Martin County Board of County Commissioners require all companies that do business on County property to be licensed and insured as well as become an approved vendor.

Yes, if the property is available. We will try our best to accommodate all requests for rehearsals, but ultimately it will depend on if there is another private event booked at that time. If there is another event scheduled, we will provide alternative times that you may plan a rehearsal.
No. Rentals are strictly of the building and property. Our staff will be on site during the event to manage the facility including maintaining the restrooms, trash cans, cleaning spills, etc. We highly recommend that you hire an event/wedding planner to assist you in planning your special and day-of preparations.
No, the Mansion at Tuckahoe has a "caterer’s kitchen" which has a prep area, a large ice machine, a double-door refrigerator and 2 warmers. Any approved vendor that has a catering license can cook on property; however they will need to provide all of their own cooking equipment. If there is not a licensed caterer on site, all food must be prepared off property and brought in.
