Martin County Administrator Don Donaldson is the chief administrative officer of the County in charge of overseeing day-to-day operations. The Administrator is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to carry out the policies and procedures established by the Board.
With Commission approval, the County Administrator works with the Assistant County Administrator, as well as department directors, to manage the daily operations of County Government.
