About
The Martin Ship Pump Out Operation Program (M.S. POOP) provides safe and environmentally responsible sewage removal from vessels operating within Martin County waterways. The program supports the County’s Clean River Initiative by helping protect local water quality.
This service is free, convenient, and cost-effective for boat owners.
Scheduling a Pump Out
To schedule a pump out service, please call (772) 260-8326 and leave a voicemail on the operator's phone detailing the week you need service.
You will receive a return call only if the operator is unable to service your vessel during your requested week. You can also request the current schedule from your marina operator or the pump out boat operator.
How the Service Works
The M.S. POOP vessel arrives at your boat, where the operator connects a hose to the vessel’s waste fitting and pumps waste from the holding tank(s). A disposal receipt is provided, and the waste is transported to a County-operated wastewater treatment facility.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Services are provided on a weekly basis.
Fees and Tipping Policy
This service is provided at no cost. The operator cannot accept tips, and gratuities should not be offered.
