The Senior Services Mobile Navigator is available for your community to provide information on senior resources and services available through the Kane Center.

Get help with referrals for community-based services, transportation assistance, utility bill assistance, and placement on the waiting list for government-funded services

Access Council on Aging programs including Meals on Wheels, Case Management, and The Adult Day Club

Learn about The Brain Matters Research Center and the Kane Primary Care practice, Day Medical

Explore the free support groups and training for caregivers led by the Kane Center social worker

Meet privately in our modern, mobile office for support and guidance to stabilize and/or diffuse crisis situations

Learn about Kane Memberships, Kane Cuisine, and special events and exercise classes held at the Kane Center
