Value Adjustment Board Meeting
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the 2025 Martin County Value Adjustment Board will meet on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers located at 2401 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL 34996, to review the recommendations of the appointed Special Magistrates on petitions duly filed with the Value Adjustment Board, to render final decisions on said petitions, and to discuss related issues at the suggestion or request of the Value Adjustment Board's LegalCounsel, the Chair, or Board members prior to or during the meeting.
Please note that individual petitions will not be noticed for hearing at this meeting. As such, the Board lacks legal authority to reconsider Special Magistrates’ recommendations at this meeting. Accordingly, the Board will not be able to consider or grant any requests for reconsideration. However, the Board welcomes public comment on all issues relevant to the Board’s duties and responsibilities.
If a person decides to appeal a final decision entered by the Martin County Value AdjustmentBoard to the Circuit Court, a verbatim record of the proceeding will be needed for such purpose, to include the testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.
