Palm City Community Center, located at 2701 SW Cornell Avenue in Palm City, is the perfect place for your next birthday party, company meeting or gathering, bar or bat mitzvah, baby or wedding shower, and more.
The Palm City Community Center rental space accommodates up to 100 guests. It features laminate floors, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, ice machine, prep tables and warming station (no stovetop or oven use) and parking in non-boat ramp trailer spaces for guests’ convenience.
Additionally, the banquet space is approximately 2,140 square feet (69'L x 31'W) and includes 24 rectangular tables (6' x 2.5'), and 100 folding chairs for your use.

By Hour:
Martin County Resident $32/hour plus tax
Non-resident $40/hour plus tax
By Day:
Daily Rental (9 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
Martin County Resident $400/day plus tax
Non-resident $500/day plus tax
*A $250 security deposit is required. If an event has over 50 people, an additional insurance policy must be purchased (i.e. 51 to 100 people approximately $125).
