The Martin Ship Pump Out Operation Program (M.S. POOP) provides sewage removal from vessels within Martin County's waterways in a safe and responsible manner supporting the efforts of the Clean River Initiative.

This service is both cost effective and convenient for boat owners. The M.S. POOP operates Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and services boaters' requests on a weekly basis.

To schedule a pump out, please call (772) 260-8326 and leave a message on the operator's phone detailing the week you need service.

You will receive a return call only if the operator is NOT able to pump your boat during your requested week.

You can also request the current schedule from your marina operator or the pump out boat operator.

How It Works

  • The "M.S. POOP" shows up and connects a hose to the waste fitting on the vessel. The operator then starts the waste removal pump and removes the waste contained in the holding tank(s).
  • The customer is issued a disposal receipt and the waste is transported to a County operated wastewater treatment facility.
  • There is no charge for this service.
  • The operator is not allowed to accept any form of tips. Please do not tip the operator!
