CRA Surplus Properties

In accordance with Florida Statutes (Chapter 163), properties within the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) districts of Martin County may be designated as surplus. This designation process involves approval at several levels: first by the Neighborhood Advisory Board, then the CRA Board, and if applicable, by the Martin County Board of County Commissioners.

Surplus properties are those no longer needed for CRA or County purposes and may be available for lease or purchase. When such properties are identified and become available, the CRA will seek proposals to purchase or lease CRA-owned lands, unless those lands are needed by another governmental entity and shall be sold at a fair market value.

Available surplus properties, if approved, can be viewed below.

Currently, no properties are available.
