What is REACH?

Martin County REACH Center logo

The REACH Center connects job seekers, employers, educators, and community partners with workforce training, career pathways, and industry-focused talent development opportunities in Martin County.

The Martin County REACH Center was developed in alignment with the REACH Act and Senate Bill 240 to help individuals overcome barriers to education and employment and become self-sufficient by providing access to quality jobs and career pathways.

Building on this foundation, the REACH Center focuses on creating career pathways in Martin County’s targeted industries, such as aviation, advanced manufacturing, and the marine industry.

What Can REACH Help With?

The REACH Center is more than a resource for job seekers; it is a workforce development hub that serves both employers and aspiring employees. Its mission is straightforward: to build and sustain a reliable talent pipeline by connecting employers with qualified candidates while providing the training and skills development needed for long-term workplace success.

Employers turn to the REACH Center to recruit, train, and prepare future employees for industry-specific careers. The REACH Center provides space for hands-on training programs in high-demand fields such as machining, sheet metal fabrication, aircraft assembly, aircraft maintenance, and avionics.

By aligning training opportunities directly with workforce needs, the REACH Center helps businesses develop a skilled talent pool while creating clear pathways to meaningful employment in Martin County and the Treasure Coast.
