Ayurvedic Medicine for Wellness and Longevity

As we continue our Adult & Caregivers Connection:

Join us for an Ayurveda ("knowledge of life") workshop. One of the oldest Indian body healing systems, Ayurveda is based on the principle that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, spirit, and environment. Learn how the world — through the five elements of space, air, fire, water, and earth — interacts with and creates the three basic types of energy or dosha: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

Registration opens on the 15th of the prior month.
