Join us as we read Gizmo's Pawsome Guide to Mental Health. Hosted by Tykes & Teens. Registration required.

Gizmo's Pawsome Guide to Mental Health will help to learn about: 

-The concept of mental health.
-How to care for your own mental health daily.
-How to identify and connect with trusted adults.
-Daily activities and healthy coping strategies that support mental health.
-How to make a personalized mental health plan that can be used daily.

Come and see the Cricut in motion as we create paper succulents!
