Value Adjustment Board Meeting

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the 2026 Martin County Value Adjustment Board will hold its Organizational Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the Commission Chambers located at 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996.  The primary purpose of this meeting is to ratify the private legal counsel for the board, appoint special magistrates, review procedures and rules, set hearing dates, and any other business as required by Rule 12D-9.013, F.A.C. 

All interested parties are invited to attend.

If a person decides to appeal a decision made by the Martin County Value Adjustment Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, a record of the proceeding will be needed for such purpose, and such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, to include the testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.
