The toolkit focuses on high-impact projects in targeted industries, including advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, green industries, and other strategic sectors aligned with the County’s economic development goals.

How to Apply
Businesses interested in participating in the Economic Development Toolkit must work with the Business Development Board of Martin County (BDB) to prepare and complete the application. Once the application is complete, the BDB will coordinate submission to Martin County for formal review by the County Administrator and relevant departments, including the County’s Economic Development Ombudsman, as applicable.
All incentives are evaluated based on project impact, strategic fit, and community benefit and are subject to approval by the Martin County Board of County Commissioners. Approved projects must follow all reporting and compliance requirements outlined in the toolkit.
