Martin County Utility customers may sign up to pay their water and sewer bill through the PreAuthorized Direct Bank Payment Plan a recurring basis, without additional charge.
This plan allows you to have your monthly water and sewer bill electronically deducted from your bank account without writing a check.
This means that you will no longer have to worry about your payment being late whether you’re home or away. Please review the Utility's Automatic Bank Payment Authorization Agreement.
You may print the Martin County Utilities Authorization for Automatic Bank Payment application form, complete it, and send the printed authorization form by U.S. mail to:Martin County Utilities

After we receive your authorization, it will take approximately four to six weeks to set up your account. Your bill will show “Do Not Pay” and funds will be withdrawn from your account on or after the dates shown in the “Due Date” box.
