Gift cards bought from previous management (Oct 2022 to May 2023) will be honored until December 31, 2023.

Yes! At Sailfish Sands, we have menu items that can be modified to meet gluten-free dietary restrictions.  Please speak with your server, and they will be happy to present you with the options available.

A service charge is a set percentage added to every guest’s check. 

At Sailfish Sands Restaurant and Hitting Bays, we strive to provide the highest quality food, beverage, entertainment, and service possible to our guests. We believe good wages and a fair work environment lead to a stronger, happier team and, ultimately, a better experience for you as a guest.

To ensure that we provide fair and competitive wages to our front-of-the-house team members—bartenders, servers, runners, and bussers—in lieu of tips, a 20% service charge is added to each guest check. The service charge is calculated before any applicable discounts. 100% of the service charge goes towards supplementing our front-of-house team’s hourly wages. Additional service charges or tips are not allowed.
