The applicant will return the Post Approval Requirements List along with the required documents in a packet with the documents arranged in the order shown on the list, accompanied by the required copies. If an extension is granted, the fees must be paid within 60 days from the date of the development order. Item #14: Two (2) copies of the documents conveying the right-of-way, property, or easements to be dedicated to the Board of County Commissioners and recorded in the public records of Martin County simultaneously with the development approval documents. Item #15: Plan modifications needed: 1. Revise the Final Site Plan to include the “Proposed Minimum Finished Floor” elevations on the proposed buildings (in NAVD). 2. Revise the western invert elevation of the 36” pipes in the NE Industrial Blvd Right of Way to reflect an invert of 6.0’NAVD in order to maintain existing swale grades at mitered end sections. Item #16: Pursuant to Section 4.843.G., LDR, Martin County Code, in lieu of constructing a sidewalk along NE Industrial Boulevard, the applicant shall pay the cost of construction within sixty (60) calendar days of the project approval.
