Library Local Attraction Passes
The Martin County Library System has collaborated with the Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast, Florida Oceanographic Society, and the Historical Society of Martin County to encourage even more people to take advantage of all that is offered at the Children’s Museum, Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, Elliott Museum and the House of Refuge Museum at Gilbert’s Bar. The Children’s Museum and Florida Oceanographic Society passes are sponsored by The Friends of the Martin County Library System, Inc. and the Elliot Museum passes are sponsored by The Library Foundation of Martin County, Inc.
Since these passes cannot be reserved with a hold, please monitor their status in the library catalog or call us at 772-288-5702 for availability. One pass for each of these museums and centers will be available at the Blake Library and another at the Hoke Library. Each pass grants free admission to either museum or center to Martin County Library System card holders. Up to four family members may be included on one pass. Family members as defined by Florida Oceanographic are parent or grandparents, with their children/spouse and grandchildren. This does not include extended family. Family members as defined by the Children’s Museum is both parents, all dependent children under 18 living in the same household. Museum passes are in the library catalog so you can check the status of a pass and its return date.
