Overview

Martin County Parks and Recreation offers free after-school programs in three convenient locations for children ages five and older (children age five must be enrolled in kindergarten). Our after-school programs are proudly funded by the Children's Services Council of Martin County.

All of our staff at our program locations are level two background screened by the Department of Children and Families and CPR and First Aid trained and certified. Homework assistance, outdoor playtime, learning and educational opportunities, and other programs are offered daily.

PROGRAM Details:

Fees: Free

Who can attend: Youth residing in Martin County and enrolled in an Elementary School, Middle School, or High School located within Martin County. If you are or know a High School student looking to volunteer, please contact us!

Hours: Hours are the same for all programs:

  • Regular School Days: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m
  • Early Release Days: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Non School Days: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (J.A.S.E.), 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (all other programs)

Non-school days = summer, holidays, spring break, winter break, any other week days off from school except county holidays.
