Overview

The Blake Library has a genealogy room that houses a collection of genealogy books, online databases such as Ancestry.com, and CD-ROMs available for patrons to access. Additionally, Ancestry Library Edition is available from inside any of our MCLS Library branch locations!

Volunteer Assistance

Volunteers with the Martin County Genealogical Society are available at the Blake Library to assist you with your research. Volunteers are scheduled to be available at the following times:

  • Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Mondays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 5:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
  • Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Fridays from 10 a.m. to Noon
