The Blake Library idea lab opened in November 2017. Its do-it-yourself, makerspace theme focuses on innovation and preservation and is specifically designed for multigenerational engagement. This idea lab is the perfect venue to gain hands-on experimentation by means of various technologies.
It includes a wide range of dynamic resources for imaginative creation, including a 3D printer, state-of-the-art microfilm scanner, custom embroidery machine, analog-to-digital conversion equipment, and an interactive Lego™ Wall!
