3. Please do not staple the application or any attachments. You may secure the packet together with a binder clip or in a manila envelope.
Deliver the signed original application (with attachments) to the Martin County Business Renewal Center, located in the Port Salerno Civic Center, at the intersection of Dixie Highway (State Road A1A) and Anchor Avenue, just south of downtown Port Salerno.
