The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) was signed into law on March 11, 2021.  Martin County's allocation of funds is $31 million. A partial disbursement of $15 million has been received by the county. View available program information.

Get ready for sunsets and marshmallow-roasting fun! Beach fire permits are now available! Beach fires are permitted from November-February (non-turtle nesting season), from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. in designated beach fire locations at Jensen Beach & Stuart Beach with a permit only.
