Capital Improvement Plan

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a component of the Capital Improvement Element (CIE) of the Martin County Comprehensive Growth Management Plan (MCCGP) and is intended to identify public facilities that will be required to accommodate the County's projected population during the next ten years. It consists of:

  • Standards for public facilities expressed as levels of service (LOS).
  • A schedule of required projects.
  • A schedule of revenues to fund required projects.
