Homeless Prevention Services

Health and Human Services has a limited number of homeless prevention grants, which will assist qualified residents with rent and utilities. Grant eligibility criteria vary. Shelter Plus Care rental assistance is available for homeless individuals with disabilities by referral through their case managers.
